A "must-try pizza" this Winter!

Meliora Ham and Pesto Pizza

A fresh and light vegetarian pizza topped with cherry tomatoes, Meliora's Plant-Based Ham Style Slices, BioCheese Pizza Shred and herby pesto. This recipe makes for a delicious dinner party main or an alternative to a takeaway.


  • 1 cup BioCheese Pizza Shred
  • 2 pre-made pizza bases
  • 100ml tomato paste
  • 3 Meliora Plant-Based Ham Style Slices, sliced
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbs basil pesto (optional)
  • 2 tbs basil leaves (to serve)


  1. Preheat oven to 200c. Place pizza bases onto 2 baking trays and spread with tomato paste, leaving a 1cm border.
  2. Lay Meliora Plant-Based Ham Style Slices over tomato paste and dot cherry tomatoes around. Scatter BioCheese Pizza Shred over the top and bake for 12-15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  3. Top with pesto, scatter with basil leaves and serve.
